Solidcore founder Anne Mahlum is thinking big for her next home—a sprawling, 10-bedroom property designed around entertaining, family life, and her love of staying in.
The fitness entrepreneur, 46, shared an AI-generated rendering of the planned residence on Instagram, revealing that it will span between 12,000 and 13,000 square feet.
Explaining the inspiration behind the project, Mahlum told her more than 100,000 followers that she and her husband, Brett, want a home that reflects how they enjoy spending their time.
“Brett and I love to be home. We’ve built an amazing life where our home is the centerpiece of our daily life. Neither one of us have wanderlust at this stage,” she wrote.
Their plans also account for a busy social calendar—and hopes of growing their family.

“We like having a routine, eating at home, and we love hosting family and friends! I have girls over pretty much every day to play volleyball and between October-May, we have guests at least twice a month. We absolutely love when our place is full of people we love playing VB, games, swimming, sauna’ing, cooking and connecting. Oh, and we’re planning on more babies,” she added.
Mahlum acknowledged that bringing the vision to life will require a substantial investment. However, she explained that the project’s value to her extends beyond its potential financial return.
“This house is going to cost us a pretty penny and any financial expert would tell you that putting money into a primary home is not the place to get returns. But, this decision is not about maximizing every dollar we have and that’s where I see people get it wrong. They won’t spend on the things that really contribute to their happiness. They get too obsessed with just growing their pot of money, but I’ve been uber clear that I don’t want to be a billionaire,” she said.
As for the interiors, Mahlum envisions colorful spaces with mosaic tiles, statement bathrooms, rounded arches, and plenty of room for everyone to gather.
“I’m so excited to get to put my creative energy into this project. Think color, mosaic tiles, bold bathrooms, wall and window treatments, rounded arches and large communal areas. If you have built your dream home, please share tips or things you absolutely love about your house,” she wrote.

Her plans for a new home come nearly a year after she put her New York City loft on the market for $3.1 million—12 years after she first launched the fitness empire that helped her to amass a $100 million fortune.
She purchased the Chelsea unit in 2021 for $2.75 million, according to property records. Then, in 2025, she has decided to hand over the keys to a new owner in a move she described as “bittersweet.”
The fitness mogul, who founded her business in 2013 while she was living in Washington, DC, has owned multiple properties across the U.S., including another property in New York, as well as homes in Miami.
She would use her three-bedroom loft whenever she was in the Big Apple for work, according to its listing agents, Scott Francis and Ashley Brooke with Serhant.
“Selling this place is bittersweet,” Mahlum said at the time. “I have such fond memories in this quintessential New York apartment with the exposed brick, tin ceilings and many original pre-war features.”
Mahlum founded Pilates-inspired Solidcore in 2013 with just $175,000, risking everything for its success.
“I invested all of my $175,000 in personal savings to launch Solidcore and bootstrapped the company after that,” she revealed in an interview with the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. “I had no assets, and I didn’t think I could get a bank loan or raise venture capital.
“I used the startup money to pay for a lease for my first fitness studio in Washington, DC, and then I hired and trained instructors, leased gym equipment, and began marketing the business. I chose DC since it was a market with little competition from other fitness boutiques.”
Explaining the inspiration behind the project, Mahlum told her more than 100,000 followers that she and her husband, Brett, want a home that reflects how they enjoy spending their time. (annemahlum/Instagram)
Fortunately, the business took off, expanding to Philadelphia and Atlanta because they were markets that she “was familiar with,” she explained.
Solidcore grew to become one of the most successful boutique fitness companies in the country, opening more than 115 locations around the U.S., including five in New York City, with another soon set to open on the Upper West Side.
During her time at the forefront of the business, Mahlum built up a core following of dedicated clients, including high-profile influencers, fitness experts, and celebrities—from former first lady Michelle Obama and President Donald Trump‘s daughter Ivanka to actress Sydney Sweeney.
By 2023, Mahlum was ready to begin new adventures and sold the fitness company for a staggering $88.4 million.
“Selling Solidcore was joyous and part of the plan all along. I’m really good at the beginning stages of starting a business—branding, building a team and a community, fundraising,” Mahlum told CNBC at the time of the sale.
“Once the business gets to a place where it’s really functioning and needs to go radically deeper, there’s less risk and excitement. Less work in the areas I’m really good at.
“I think a lot of startup founders screw up there. If you tried to throw me intoa company like Tesla, I’d be like, ‘This is a horrible idea.’ I have no idea how to run a company of that size.”
Today, she is estimated to have a net worth of around $100 million—and her former business was valued at between $600 million and $700 million as recently as September 2024.
Chynna Phillips thought she had embraced the Halloween spirit by decorating her home with pumpkins—until she caught a glimpse of the extravagant display outside her neighbor’s historic California residence.
The 58-year-old songstress took to Instagram to share a video of the eye-catching decorations at a property in Toluca Lake, CA, revealing that her own seasonal efforts suddenly seemed rather modest by comparison.
“I was so proud of myself for getting pumpkins and putting them in front of my house,” Phillips admitted in the clip, revealing that her decorations featured several large pumpkins.
However, her confidence quickly faded when she turned the camera toward a neighboring property, where an impressive collection of illuminated jack-o’-lanterns covered the grounds.
“Suddenly, I’m feeling very intimidated,” she joked.

“I don’t know if this person was denied the chance to be able to decorate his own home as a child, you know? Maybe he asked his mom if he could get a pumpkin or two and put it at the front door because, guys, this just looks like somebody who’s acting out. I really just think this is somebody who’s trying to make a very strong statement,” she added.
The sprawling Halloween spectacle featured pumpkins suspended above hedges, rows of glowing jack-o’-lanterns, spooky figures, and decorative arches adorned with carved pumpkin faces.
Despite her playful commentary, the singer made it clear that she admired the elaborate setup.
“You did a great job, you know, I actually am so impressed. So impressed,” she said.
The property responsible for Phillips’ Halloween envy is a historic Tudor Revival residence known as Lilley Hall, which has become a popular seasonal attraction in the Toluca Lake neighborhood.
Built in 1927, the home takes its name from composer and arranger Joseph J. Lilley, who lived at the property between 1954 and 1971, according to its Instagram account.
Today, the residence belongs to Glenn Geller, president of television at Skybound Entertainment, and his husband, Jim Maresca, who have transformed the property into an elaborate holiday destination.
The couple’s Halloween decorations have become a neighborhood tradition, attracting thousands of visitors each year.
In an interview with The New York Times last year, Geller revealed that the display incorporates more than 250 illuminated pumpkins and approximately 100,000 lights.

Keeping the decorations glowing is no small undertaking, with Geller explaining that the setup requires more than 300 extension cords.
And while assembling the massive display might seem like the most challenging part of the process, the homeowners revealed that finding somewhere to keep the decorations after Halloween presents an even bigger logistical hurdle.
The couple stores the pumpkins in their attic, relying on friends to help transport the decorations up and down two flights of stairs.
For Phillips, however, the finished product was more than enough to earn her admiration—even if it made her own Halloween decorations look a little understated.

The renovation brought a contemporary aesthetic to the home, emphasizing natural light, open living spaces, and a seamless connection to the surrounding greenery.
Inside, hardwood floors and warm wood finishes complement the home’s expansive windows, which offer views of the landscaped grounds.
The main living and dining areas flow into one another, creating an airy setting for entertaining or relaxing at home.
Nearby, the kitchen features custom wood cabinetry, high-end appliances, and a spacious countertop with bar seating.
Sliding glass doors further connect the interior to the outdoor areas, allowing the lush backyard to serve as an extension of the home’s living space.
The primary suite offers its own private escape, complete with vaulted ceilings, a fireplace, and a remodeled walk-in closet.
The bedroom also overlooks the backyard, while the adjoining bathroom features Italian blue glass tile, giving the space a spa-inspired appearance.
Elsewhere, a private sunroom with a sauna provides another place to unwind without leaving the property.

The home’s appeal extends beyond the main residence, with two additional detached structures that could accommodate a variety of uses.
According to the listing description, the separate spaces could be transformed into a home office, fitness area, or creative studio, depending on the next owner’s needs.
Outdoors, a swimming pool anchors the backyard, surrounded by mature trees and multiple areas for lounging, dining, and hosting guests.
The expansive grounds also provide an added layer of privacy, shielding the property from its surrounding neighborhood.
The listing emphasizes the home’s connection to nature, with its large windows, outdoor entertaining areas, and landscaped surroundings creating a retreat-like atmosphere.
For Johnson, whose portrayal of the sarcastic yet lovable Nick Miller helped make him a familiar face to television audiences, the listing marks an opportunity for a new owner to take over the secluded Pasadena property.

Actor Orlando Bloom‘s former Beverly Hills, CA, property has undergone a $2,000 price cut—months after hitting the market as a luxury rental.
Bloom, 49, snapped up the four-bedroom, four-bathroom property in 2017 for $7 million, then made his first attempt to sell it just two years later, listing it for $8.49 million. However, it would be several years and multiple price cuts before the actor managed to offload the property—ultimately breaking even with a $7 million sale.
Then, in July, the home’s latest owner tried their luck on the rental market, where the opulent abode is being offered for $31,000 a month.
Now, the property’s asking price has been trimmed back to $29,000 a month, Realtor.com® can exclusively reveal.
For that price, a lucky tenant will gain access not only to a slice of life in one of California‘s most exclusive communities, but also to a taste of Bloom’s personal style.

“Nestled in the prestigious Trousdale Estates in Los Angeles, this impeccably designed contemporary estate is a masterpiece that showcases breathtaking city and ocean views, embodying unparalleled quality and sophistication,” reads the rental listing, which is held by Jennifer Winston of Compass.
The home, which was built in 1959, was sold to Bloom by Mexican architect Miguel Angel Aragonés, who had expanded and enhanced the property’s midcentury modern architecture during his ownership.
However, after moving in, the “Pirates of the Caribbean” star carried out an extensive overhaul of the dwelling, adding a new zero-edge pool with an ipe wood deck, which is understood to have cost $500,000 to install, as well as an outdoor entertaining area with built-in seating and a fire pit.
Bloom also opened up the floor plan, expanding the kitchen and allowing in more natural light. He added bespoke Poliform fixtures and finishes as well as indoor LED lighting.
The primary suite also had some work done. The actor updated the space so it could open to the pool and added generous closet space. The primary bath has a wet room with a freestanding tub and shower. There’s a private patio right outside the floor-to-ceiling windows.
One of the home’s more fascinating features is a sunken conversation pit lined with sumptuous sofas in the living room.
The listing highlights the home’s airy areas: “The open floor plan, complemented by floor-to-ceiling glass doors, seamlessly integrates the indoors with the outdoors, offering an extraordinary living experience.”
Bloom spent a year and a half renovating the home. He later enlisted celebrity real estate agent Jason Oppenheim to help him find a buyer for the property.
“He really knows what he’s doing,” Oppenheim told Mansion Global in 2019 of the changes that Bloom had made to the property. “He has honestly exquisite taste—everything from the finishes, to the design and lighting—I really respect his style.”
As for why Bloom had decided to list the home so soon after completing renovations, the “Selling Sunset” star hinted that his client’s engagement to pop star Katy Perry—whom he split from in July 2025—may have been behind the listing.
Now, the property’s asking price has been trimmed back to $29,000 a month, Realtor.com can exclusively reveal. “His personal circumstances changed right as he finished,” Oppenheim noted, mere weeks after Bloom and Perry announced their engagement.
Not long after he put his Beverly Hills manse on the market, Bloom snapped up a much larger dwelling in nearby Montecito, CA, for $11.25 million. He and Perry had reportedly hoped to turn it into their marital abode.
However, that property became the subject of a yearslong lawsuit between the A-list couple and the home’s former owner, prompting the duo to purchase another Montecito abode, where Perry is now understood to be living with their daughter, Daisy Dove.
Now, Bloom’s Beverly Hills residence is ready to embrace a new chapter by welcoming a renter, who is being given the chance to take on the fully furnished residence.
“Ensuring both security and seclusion, this exclusive property presents a distinctive opportunity for the most discerning tenant and is available for lease fully furnished,” the listing adds.
Bloom’s impressive interior design skills were recently put on full display when he attempted to offload another of his California dwellings, a stunning Malibu estate he has owned for more than 10 years.

The actor purchased the property for close to $2.5 million in 2011 with his then-wife, Miranda Kerr, and the property served as his primary residence for more than a decade, he told the Wall Street Journal.
However, in March 2026, he brought the dwelling to the market for $12 million—revealing to the outlet that he had moved “further north in California,” although he declined to share an exact location.
Much like with his Beverly Hills home, Bloom was quick to put his personal stamp on the Malibu property, where he carried out an extensive overhaul that cost more than twice the price he paid for the dwelling, he revealed.
It seems that Bloom’s brilliance in interior design couldn’t quite secure a sale, however. Records indicate that the four-bedroom beach house was swiped off the market in June, having undergone a $550,000 price cut the previous month.
The actor had also offered the dwelling up as a rental property—with an asking price of $35,000 a month—and the delisting may indicate that he secured a tenant for the house before managing to sell it.
“The Big Lebowski” star, 65, told Architectural Digest that she had her eye on the residence before it ever hit the market.
“We were so lucky to find this apartment,” she said in a video tour of the home. “I think this is one of the most beautiful apartments in New York.”
Located in a 1920s building that was originally a hotel, the home is on “the roof of the building” and boasts several terraces—including one with an herb garden she planted and shares with her “very close friends.”
After living in a townhouse with her husband, director Brett Freundlich, and their two children for nearly 25 years, this apartment is her first time living “up high.”
Julianne Moore shared a look inside her stunning New York City home, filled with items she’s collected for decades. (Architectural Digest)The West Village abode has ample outdoor space, providing amazing views of the city. (Architectural Digest)The actress and her husband raised their children in a townhouse, but decided to downsize and opt for a unit in a high-rise. (Architectural Digest)
“There’s so much life. You see people,” she said, pointing to a man on his balcony visible through the window. “It’s a wonderful way to experience the life of the city.”
The home underwent an eight-month renovation, a project Moore worked on closely with her brother-in-law, architectural designer Oliver Freundlich. The duo have worked together through six transformations.
“It’s compact enough that the details really, really matter.” Moore said of the home. Freundlich added “a little bit of shine everywhere, like in the light switches and with the faucets and the cabinet handles.”
The home isn’t just filled with items that were sourced to match the aesthetic. Moore seemingly has a meaningful connection to each piece she’s brought into her abode, from the kitchen chairs she purchased in Paris in 1995 and have been in “every place” that she’s lived in since to the modest piece of Ikea furniture she bought instead of “having something made,” which holds dishes in the corner of her storage-lacking kitchen.
The mom of two elaborated on her design preferences, noting that she likes “craft.”
Moore explained she spends most of her time at this table in the entry of the home, looking out over her terrace. (Architectural Digest)The corner bookshelves were installed by the previous owner. (Architectural Digest)Moore has an eclectic collection of art, including a wax baby she acquired after working with the artist who sculpted it. (Architectural Digest)
“I don’t like things to be overly produced,” she shared. “I like patina. I like texture. I like ceramics.”
Ceramics carrying fascinating backstories line many of the surfaces in the dwelling. A fascinating piece by an artist named “Four” holds eggs in the kitchen, a mirror made by Isabel Rower greets guests in the entryway, and a collection of ceramic items cast in bronze—like AirPods and a cassette tape—are displayed in the living room.
While many of the collectibles Moore has acquired over the years have ties to her impressive career—such as the wax baby she snapped up while working with Lisbeth McCoy, the artist who sculpted it—there’s not an inch of the home that feels pretentious.
A table she spent “a long time” hunting down serves as a catchall in the home’s entry, and the hardwood floors of the primary bedroom are bare because she enjoys doing yoga there.
The statement-making bookshelves nestled in a corner of the main living space are left over from the previous owners, whom Moore applauded for having great taste.
Moore’s bathroom is a light-flooded sanctuary, which she says has the best lighting and many intentional little design details. (Architectural Digest)The bedroom is beautiful but unfussy, with bare floors where she enjoys doing yoga. (Architectural Digest)
She kept their original bathtub, too, which is high praise from the tub-obsessed A-lister who considers the feature “essential” to her life.
Just a few cosmetic changes were made to upgrade the primary bathroom, where she worked with Freundlich to source tiles that would match the existing marble.
Simple pleasures seem to bring Moore lots of joy. For example, a “marine lip” has been added to the edge of her bathroom countertop, a detail she says “everybody always comments on.” The feature prevents water from running off the side of the counter.
The bathroom, in general, seems to be a special place for the Academy Award winner.
“One of the things that’s great about this bathroom in particular is, because the marble is so bright and these lights are so good, you tend to look really good in this bathroom,” Moore shared. “Sometimes you might look better in this bathroom than you do in real life, so I don’t know if that’s a good thing or a bad thing.”
While the apartment certainly has some quirks, such as the aforementioned lack of space in the kitchen and a tricky terrace door that increases the odds of getting stuck outside, there’s no shortage of character.
Moore loves working from her table while she looks out at the terrace and is appreciative of her “actual working fireplace,” a feature she explained is “very, very unusual in New York City.”
In addition to the charming penthouse, Moore and her family have a “big house in Montauk.” They originally held a cottage in the same area, selling it for $2.85 million when she realized her children had outgrown it.
“Our kids grew up, literally,” she said. “One is 5’10” and the other is 6-foot-2.”
Although the family has opted for more space by the beach, their apartment in the West Village is a downsize from the townhouse in which she raised her children, Caleb Moore Freundlich, 28, and Liv Helen Moore Freundlich, 24.
However, on May 2, the dwelling was briefly removed from the market—after more than a year without a sale—with sources having told TMZ that Jenner was having second thoughts about whether to part ways with such a large piece of her family’s reality TV legacy. The home was then relisted with the exact same price.
Then, just one week ago, Jenner removed the property from the market. Now, Realtor.com® can exclusively reveal that the home has been relisted with an impressive discount of $2 million, bringing its new asking price to $11.25 million.
Kardashian matriarch and “momager” extraordinaire Kris Jenner is once again trying her luck on the housing market by relisting her iconic Hidden Hills, CA, mansion with a $2 million discount. (Realtor.com)
An insider previously told TMZ that Jenner had spent “months … debating whether to keep it in the family as a long-term asset,” adding that she “hesitated to move forward” with the sale because she “started reconsidering the bigger picture.”
“We’re told Kris views the estate as more than just a sale … it’s a piece of the Kardashian-Jenner legacy, and she seriously weighed holding on to it for future generations,” the outlet claimed.
According to the outlet, Jenner had received multiple offers on the home, however, was reluctant to commit to a sale.
At the time, those same insiders insist that she made up her mind once and for all—recommitting to a sale of the infamous abode, which reappeared on the market not long after it was delisted, complete with a few new listing photos to better showcase its interior.
“Keeping Up With the Kardashians” fans will immediately recognize the six-bedroom property’s dramatic black-and-white entryway, which features two grand staircases that lead up to the second floor.
Jenner, who is mother to Kim, Kourtney, Khloe, Kendall, Kylie, and Rob, purchased the home with her former spouse, Caitlyn Jenner, for $4 million in 2010—three years after the Kardashians’ wildly popular series debuted.
However, in the 15 years since she bought the home, Kris’ life has changed dramatically—as have the lives of her children.
In 2015, she and her spouse divorced after more than 20 years of marriage and just a few months later, Caitlyn came out as transgender during an interview with ABC News’ Diane Sawyer.
Kris, who is now in a relationship with talent manager Corey Gamble, has also expanded her property portfolio and no longer uses the enormous abode as her primary residence.
Her children have also welcomed kids of their own and purchased their own sprawling megamansions in and around Los Angeles—and beyond.
Jenner, 70, originally listed the home in February 2025, having used the residence as her family’s primary dwelling for more than a decade, throughout which it featured prominently in the Kardashians’ popular E! reality series. Speaking about her initial decision to sell the expansive 8,000-square-foot abode, Kris told The New York Times that she believes the time has come for another family to make their own memories within its walls.
“I’ve shared so many unforgettable memories in this incredible home with my family, and I’m excited to see it start a new chapter with its next owners,” she said.
The outlet noted that nobody is living in the property—which is listed with Tomer Fridman of Christie’s International Real Estate Southern California—and the furniture featured in the listing photos was brought in especially to fill the home while it is on the market.
However, should a potential buyer take a liking to the interior decor elements, there is an option to purchase the property fully furnished for an additional $400,000.
Though the Kardashians’ original furniture may not feature in the listing photos, the spaces inside the home will no doubt be instantly recognizable to their most avid followers, including the monochromatic foyer, which served as the backdrop for hundreds of social media photos over the years.
Photos taken at Kris’ annual holiday parties often featured the sweeping staircases, which were decked out in extravagant decorations, with multiple Christmas trees scattered throughout the grand entryway.
Similarly, the bedrooms will no doubt ring a few bells for “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” fans, who watched a then-teenage Kendalland Kyliegrow up inside the abode, while their older siblings would regularly stop by to visit, gossip, and eat salads around the kitchen table.
According to the Times, Kris’ son Rob, 37, lived in the home most recently; however, all of her children are understood to have resided there at one point or another, even though they all have their own stunning abodes.
The home even features a bar. (Realtor.com)There are several chic entertaining areas. (Realtor.com)The bathroom boasts a master tub. (Realtor.com)
In 2022, Kris proved the enormity of her own real estate collection when she candidly confessed that she had forgotten about a Beverly Hills condo she owned, revealing that she primarily used the property for storing champagne and wrapping Christmas gifts.
“Here’s the thing. I have a condo, and my mom has one, and my cousin has one, and we all live nearby. I kind of forgot it was there,” Kris admitted during an episode of the family’s Hulu spinoff, “The Kardashians.” “That sounds ridiculous, doesn’t it?”
However, while she’s selling what is perhaps her most famous home, Kris isn’t leaving the neighborhood altogether, having purchased two other homes in Hidden Hills since purchasing her for-sale abode.
She picked up one abode in 2017 for just under $10 million but sold that off just three years later, having renovated the home extensively before deciding to put it back on the market.
That property was located across the street from her daughter Kim’s house.
Sticking with what she knows best, Kris continued her real estate retail therapy in the Hidden Hills area, this time with her daughter Khloe.
In 2020, the mother and daughter duo were understood to have bought adjacent abodes in the exclusive neighborhood, with Kris paying $20 million for her piece of the property pie.
Eager to ensure that her latest home buy could serve as her longterm residence, Kris embarked on a gut renovation of the existing structure to create her dream abode, which she unveiled to the world in a 2022 episode of “The Kardashians.”
And it appears that plan worked given that she’s now finally walking away from the residence that has served as something of a “backup” abode for so many years.
The property also comes complete with several lavish bedrooms. (Realtor.com)“Keeping Up With the Kardashians” fans will immediately recognize the six-bedroom property’s dramatic black-and-white entryway, which features two grand staircases that lead up to the second floor. Though it may no longer be to Kris’ tastes, the home in question offers an array of top-of-the-line amenities and decor features, starting with the oh-so-iconic entryway, which the listing describes as a “soaring foyer.”
“From the moment you enter, you’re greeted by a breathtaking double staircase in a soaring foyer, setting the tone for the grandeur within,” the description states.
Perhaps one of the most alluring aspects of the home, at least for prospective buyers with large families, is that all six of the bedrooms boast their own en-suite bathrooms.
The primary suite offers an enormous spa-inspired bathroom, as well as a fireplace, wet bar, steam shower, and gym, with the listing describing it as a “private retreat.”
“With endless opportunities for relaxation and recreation, this home is truly one-of-a-kind,” the listing concludes. “Live like a star in this legendary estate where timeless elegance meets Hollywood prestige.”
Avila was brutally attacked by his 200-pound Caucasian shepherd guard dog, Hades, at his Tarzana, CA, home in 2020.
After the first trial concluded and the musician, 37, was directed to pay Avila $13 million, his legal team filed court documents that claimed that the judge’s decision to allow the jury to hear testimony about his assault on his ex-girlfriend, Rihanna, swayed the outcome.
Now, court documents obtained by TMZ have revealed that Avila has accepted a reduced payout of $9.5 million—meaning that the new trial will not take place.
The payout is separated into $3.85 million for past non-financial losses, $5.4 million for future non-monetary losses, and $250,000 for medical expenses.

The news of her acceptance comes after the judge ruled that there would be a new trial.
“The court conditionally grants a new trial on the issue of damages only,” the previous ruling revealed.
However, he noted a new trial could be avoided if Avila “agrees to a reduced award of $9.5 million.”
“There was evidence of extensive future emotional distress, humiliation, shame and embarrassment, and other lesser items of future non-economic damages, including some persistent pain from nerve damage,” Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Huey P. Cotton added in the ruling.
During the first trial, the housekeeper recounted the horrific event in court, telling the jury that she had been taking the trash out at the property when she was attacked by Hades.
She claimed Hades tore “large chunks of skin” from her body, causing significant injuries to her arm and her face that required several sutures and skin grafts.
Avila also claimed that she has suffered from post-traumatic stress disorder and nerve damage which has made it difficult for her to work.
Brown, who was present at the time of the attack, told the jury in his testimony that he put the dog in a kennel after it hurt his housekeeper.
The musician, now 37, admitted that he had been left “freaked out” by the amount of blood at the scene, telling the jury that he was in a state of “shock” when he realized what had happened.
Speaking about his housekeeper’s condition in the wake of the attack, Brown said that the area around her nose and under her eye appeared “severed.”
“I know it’s graphic, but you could see the skin was kind of raised. You could see the cut and the blood coming out. … It was a lot of blood,” he said, according to Rolling Stone.

He added that his security guard called an ambulance, but admitted that he left the property before emergency services arrived because he wanted to avoid a potential “media circus.”
“I didn’t want a misleading story, or like a circus, from my status. It’s pretty sticky when it comes to that. So me staying out of the way was advised,” he said.
Brown further stated that he felt the need to have a guard dog at his home because he had dealt with “a lot of stalker-type situations” as a result of his fame.
However, while he conceded that his guard dog was “absolutely not” friendly, he claimed that he had previously warned his housekeeper of the danger posed by Hades, alleging that he told both her and her sister, Patricia, to not go outside without his permission.
Avila, who primarily speaks Spanish and gave her testimony via an interpreter, insisted that this conversation had not ever taken place, claiming the language barrier would not have made such a discussion possible.
Avila first sued the R&B star in 2021; however, the lengthy legal fight only just reached its conclusion in July, as first reported by Billboard.
Patricia—who was present at the property and working with her sister at the time of the attack—was also awarded $885,000 for emotional distress, while the housekeeper’s spouse, Oscar Olivo—who claimed that his physical relationship with his wife had been severely impacted by the incident and her injuries—was given $50,000.
Michael C Murphy Jr, a lawyer for Patricia, told Rolling Stone: “After more than five years of litigating against Chris Brown, we are thrilled that we were able to get justice for our client, Patricia. We are so happy for her and her family after everything they went through on that horrible day.”
Brown purchased the 8,300-square-foot property in 2015 for $4.3 million; however, Realtor.com® now estimates the home is worth $6 million.

The property comes complete with six bedrooms, eight bathrooms, and several lavish areas such as a theater room with 14 reclining seats.
Brown’s home is known for its extensive security. In addition to Hades, the home is also outfitted with 16 security cameras.
This isn’t the first time the property has made headlines. In 2019, the home became the center of public attention when Brown hosted a public yard sale on the premises and shared the address.
The dog attack is the latest in a line of lawsuits that the actor has been met with.
In 2009, he was arrested for physically assaulting his then-girlfriend and pop sensation, Rihanna.
He pled guilty and was sentenced to community service. He was also put on probation for five years.
In 2014, he violated the terms of his probation and was put behind bars for 131 days.
In 2016, he settled a claim that he assaulted another girlfriend, Karrueche Tran, who received a restraining order against him.
In 2023, it was alleged that Brown assaulted music producer Abraham Diaw, at a Mayfair members’ club. He was arrested in 2025 and charged with grievous bodily harm with intent. He pleaded not guilty. His trial in October.
Brown, meanwhile, has sued a woman for allegedly defaming him after she accused him of raping her on yacht in 2020.
Brown also tried to launch a $500 million lawsuit against the makers of a documentary, “Chris Brown: A History of Violence.” The judge dismissed the case.
Ellison snapped up the palatial pad back in 2021 for $80 million with the intention of tearing it down.
However, over a year later, he tested the market with an ask of $145 million for his property in Seminole Beach Estate.
Now, the tech tycoon, 82, is trying his luck once again, with listing agents James Kenny and Paul Kaneb of K2 Realty telling the Wall Street Journal that the property will soon hit the market for $165 million.
Ellison’s property is the third-largest oceanfront parcel in Palm Beach County. It sits in a gated community with 24/7 security.
Billionaire Oracle co-founder Larry Ellison is planning to bid farewell to his sprawling waterfront property in Florida, with hopes to fetch $165 million. (Google Maps)
At 8.4 acres acres, the parcel is one of only a handful of properties in the state that can accommodate a private helipad. The property comes with 520 feet of ocean frontage.
The news that Ellison plans to sell the property comes as the billionaire expands his touch on the Manalapan area, which is situated south of Palm Beach.
In June, he forked over $35 million for a plot of land adjacent to his 15-acre dwelling, which he picked up in 2022 for $173 million.
With an impressive net worth of $187 billion, Ellison also holds the keys to several other luxe homes.
Malibu, CA
Ellison has become known as a “Malibu real estate mogul,” buying his first Carbon Beach property in 2002.
In 2018, he made headlines with the purchase of Hollywood producer Joel Silver’s Malibu beach house for $38 million.
Additionally, he has reportedly acquired 11 other properties in the coastal city. He is also said to have paid $20 million for the Casa Malibu Inn in 2007, 10 years before he snapped up another oceanfront estate for a reported $48 million.
In total, his real estate holdings in the waterfront community are said to be worth upward of $180 million.
Lanai, HI

This serene island in Hawaii reportedly has no traffic lights. But it does have some swanky resorts and one high-profile resident: In 2012, Ellison bought the two hotels as well as the land holdings that amount to 98% of the island for a reported $300 million.
His purchase included “87,000 of the island’s 90,000 acres of land.”
The tech mogul has since updated the hotels and added improvements to the island, such as some farming operations, with an eye toward turning the island into a sustainable mecca.
Lanai has beautiful beaches, a Jack Nicklaus–designed golf course, and dining and resort amenities in the high-end hotels.

Newport, RI
The buyer’s appetite for the beach also brought him to a historic enclave of Newport, RI, where he’s said to own four properties in the area, including the Astors‘ former mansion, which he apparently purchased for $10.5 million in January 2010.
He is said to have spent an astonishing $100 million to renovate it for a planned Beechwood Art Museum.
San Francisco
The San Francisco Bay Area resident has also had a longtime home in San Francisco‘s Pacific Heights neighborhood. He picked up the William Wurster–designed mansion in 1988, paying a reported $3.9 million for the home, which is valued at over $9 million today.
Built in 1958, the 10,000-square-foot layout includes five bedrooms and six baths.
Years later, in 2011, he apparently picked up the home next door for a reported $40 million.
Seaver, who announced the “9 to 5” hitmaker’s death on Aug. 25, received notice of his termination on Sept. 16, according to TMZ.
The notice ordered Seaver and his security company to immediately vacate the properties they had been tasked with protecting, the outlet reported.
Those properties include Parton’s Nashville home, museum, warehouse, and a downtown residence, with replacement security guards reportedly already dispatched to the locations.
Seaver and his team have since spoken out about the sudden termination, taking aim at Parton’s longtime manager, Danny Nozell, and saying they are “dismayed by the unexpected and, so far, unexplained actions” that have unfolded since the country music icon’s death.
Dolly Parton’s nephew, Bryan Seaver, has been fired from his role overseeing security at the late country singer’s properties—just weeks after announcing his aunt’s death. (Instagram/DollyParton)
“We remain unshakably resolved to fulfill her final directive to protect her family, and we refuse to be intimidated by those whose actions we believe are being taken in bad faith and with the intent to profit from the life of someone who willingly gave so much,” they added.
According to TMZ, the termination letter makes clear that while Seaver has been relieved of his security responsibilities, his personal interest in Parton’s trust remains intact
Parton—whose husband, Carl Dean, died in March 2025—passed away “peacefully” on Aug. 25 following a brief battle with cancer, in her hometown of Nashville, TN, where the couple lived for decades, having met there when the singer was just a teenager.
“My name is Bryan Seaver, son of Cassie Parton, and I’m representing the Parton and Owens family today announcing the passing of my aunt, Dolly Rebecca Parton Dean, Sister, Sis, and Granny to one generation and Gigi to the next,” he said.
“This video announcement is something Dolly asked of me years ago, before I fully absorbed it as a future reality. As her head of security for more than two decades, a role my father Larry held before me, I have imagined the heaviness of this moment but haven’t truly felt it til now.”
He added: “Dolly was a farmer, just like her daddy; he farmed the soil, she farmed songs and happiness. Dolly called me and said she wants to rest in a beautiful bed of plush cotton because after a life of wearing heavy rhinestones, she finally deserves to be comfortable and have some rest.”
Seaver went on to praise his aunt as someone who “lived in the light and is in the arms of Jesus, surely met by Carl, her parents, and countless others.” He did not share a cause of death.
“A rhinestone life that shone bright enough for the world to see, Dolly will forever stand as an inspiration not only through her timeless music and prolific songwriting, but also her wit, warmth, and kindness that made us all feel like family,” an obituary shared with Realtor.com® reads.
“Dolly Parton’s legacy is one of love, compassion, and resilience. With a seven-decade career, she inspired multiple generations of artists and fans with her music and an unwavering commitment to making the world a better place.
“Her songs will continue to resonate with people of all ages, and her philanthropic work will have a lasting impact.”
The news of her death came just days after Parton opened up to People magazine in an Aug. 21 interview about her ongoing health issues. She told the outlet that she had failed to “pay attention” to her symptoms while she was busy caring for Dean in his final months.

“As I’ve shared in video messages throughout the past year, I am dealing with some health issues that I just didn’t pay attention to when I was watching over Carl,” she shared. “You know, this isn’t the first time I’ve had to manage something like this.
“Back in the early ’80s, I was down for several months with female issues, and I was struggling with my weight at the time, too, so it’s not like I haven’t been through hard times with my health.”
However, Parton attempted to reassure fans about her health struggles, insisting that things shared on social media were not necessarily an accurate reflection of the reality she was dealing with.
“But I think because we live in a 24/7 world with social media, everything gets magnified in ways it wasn’t years ago,” she said. “I used to joke that I was the Queen of the Tabloids, but now I guess I can say I’m the Queen of Social Media AI!
“Seriously, though, even though I’m still healin’, I’m still workin’! You know me—as I’ve often said—I’ve dreamed myself into a corner and I still have so many things I want to achieve, so I’m gonna keep on working as long as I can to see everything come to life.”
Concerns about Parton’s health were first raised in 2025 after she postponed her Las Vegas residency. However, she was quick to insist in a video shared on Instagram that fans shouldn’t worry about her well-being.
In the video, the singer said, “I know lately everybody thinks that I am sicker than I am. I ain’t dead yet! Do I look sick to you? I’m working hard here!”
She noted that she wanted to “put everybody’s mind at ease, those of you that seem to be real concerned,” and while she had been dealing with “some problems” and has to undergo “some treatments,” she was “ok.”
The music legend then announced in May 2026 that she had been struggling with kidney stones, explaining that her immune system “got all out of whack” while she was looking after Dean.
“Lord, they dig more stones out of me a year than the rock quarry in Rockwood, Tennessee,” she said, while announcing the official cancellation of her Las Vegas shows.
“But seriously, my immune system and my digestive system got all out of whack over the past couple three years, and they’re working real hard on rebuilding and strengthening those and hopefully I’ll be up to snuff again soon.”

Parton is understood to have been undergoing health treatments at her longtime home in Nashville, where she lived since the age of 18—having moved to the city from a tiny town near the Great Smoky Mountains.
The “Jolene” singer and her husband maintained a very private life. While the country music sensation became a global phenomenon, her husband, a former asphalt paver, preferred to stay away from the spotlight, holding down the fort at home while she traveled the world.
The couple met on the same day that the singer moved to Nashville, when they bumped into each other outside of the Wishy Washy Laundromat, according to the Associated Press.
Two years later, the couple tied the knot in a heartfelt ceremony in Ringgold, GA, and opted to stay out of the spotlight. They lived the entirety of their marriage in their ultraprivate Nashville home.
The couple spent their days in the five-bathroom home on 63 acres, informally known as Willow Lake Plantation. During their many years living there, they made thoughtful updates to the property, including the addition of new barns and other structures.
Over the years, the couple owned multiple homes together—including several under-the-radar properties in California, which they appear to have used as private retreats where they would go when they needed time away from the spotlight.
Among the more unique dwellings they previously owned were a cabin in Idyllwild and a petite abode in Solvang that came with its own windmill.
The impressive property portfolio that the duo quietly built throughout their marriage was a world away from the very humble upbringing that Parton had in Pittman Center, TN, where she was raised with 11 siblings.
In previous interviews, Parton opened up about the difficult circumstances her family faced. She admitted in 1977 that, while she and her siblings “never actually starved,” they found themselves with not “quite enough to eat” on several occasions.

However, it was clear from a very early age that the future country music icon had a talent for singing, something that she began to display when she was just 6 and singing at her grandfather’s church. Parton started writing her own music not long after.
She made the move to Nashville shortly after her high school graduation and later revealed her gratitude that her talents had enabled her to get out of her small town and into the big wide world.
“My songs got me out of the mountains and took me everywhere I’ve wanted to go,” she shared in a 2012 interview with People.
Parton won an incredible 11 Grammy Awards, 54 Grammy nominations, 10 Country Music Association Awards, and four American Music Awards. She also expanded her talents to the big screen, appearing in several movies, including “Steel Magnolias” and “Rhinestone.”
Through it all, she remained incredibly committed to Tennessee—and to bettering the lives of those living in her home state. She regularly worked with local charities on a number of different initiatives, including the founding of the Dolly Parton Imagination Library, which has donated more than 300 million free books to children around the world.
In 1986, she opened her own theme park, Dollywood, in Pigeon Forge, TN, to give back to the community that helped to launch her career by providing jobs for locals. She then established The Dollywood Foundation in 1988 to provide scholarships to students so they could remain in school.
Tributes to Parton poured in from around the world, with several Hollywood stars speaking out to express their heartbreak at her passing, including Kacey Musgraves, Khloe Kardashian, and Maren Morris.
Olympic gymnast Simone Biles and her NFL star husband, Jonathan Owens, are bidding farewell to the Texas home they lived in while putting the finishing touches on their custom-built dream mansion.
Biles, 29, and Owens, 31, began building their sprawling Texas residence in 2022, with construction wrapping three years later. While work on the property was underway, the couple picked up a four-bedroom home in Spring, TX, to serve as their temporary base.
Now that they have officially settled into their custom abode, Biles—who is listed on the deed alongside her mother, Nellie—has put the home on the market for $1.2 million.
Built in 2019, the contemporary residence spans 3,998 square feet and features four bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and a three-car garage.
The listing, which is held by Melissa Franklin of RE/MAX, describes the property as “pure perfection” and a home “built for entertainment.”

“This home captures the feeling of your own private resort year-round. Situated on 1+ acre in the only exclusive, gated section of Benders Landing with no back neighbors, this custom contemporary offers 4 BRs (2 primary), 3.5 baths, media room, study & custom wine wall with fridge,” the listing states.
Inside, soaring ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows help flood the open-concept interiors with natural light, while sleek finishes lend the home a contemporary feel.
The main living area centers around a modern fireplace and flows seamlessly into the spacious kitchen and dining area.
The kitchen is equipped with a waterfall island, quartz countertops, custom cabinetry, state-of-the-art appliances, and a hidden pantry.
“Waterfall island kitchen with quartz counters, custom cabinetry, large dining area & hidden pantry. Sun-drenched family room with walls of sliding glass doors that bring the outdoors in,” the listing adds.
Elsewhere, the home offers a media room, a private study, and a custom wine wall complete with its own refrigerator.
The primary suite serves as another luxurious retreat, boasting dual walk-in closets and a spa-inspired en suite bathroom.
However, one of the home’s more unique amenities may have been particularly appealing to Biles: a dedicated mudroom outfitted with its own pet-washing and feeding station.
Outside, the more than 1-acre property offers plenty of space and privacy, with no rear neighbors to interrupt its secluded feel.
The home is also within easy reach of Houston, The Woodlands Mall, and nearby golf courses—offering the couple a luxurious place to call home while they waited for their long-anticipated custom residence to be completed.

Although Biles has remained primarily in Houston thus far, she confirmed that she plans to join her husband in Indianapolis later on—while holding on to their sprawling lakefront mansion outside Houston.
“I’ve been in Houston most of the time, so I’m going to officially move there [to Indianapolis] a little bit later. So I haven’t experienced too much, but the stadium is stunning. It’s beautiful. I’m just excited to watch my husband. It doesn’t matter, as long as he’s safe and healthy and he’s having fun, then I don’t care,” she said.
Though the couple’s home base will remain in Texas, they could opt for a rental in Indianapolis during the NFL season, much as they did in Chicago while Owens was playing for the Chicago Bears.
During Owens’ stint in Chicago, Biles regularly traveled between Illinois and Texas as construction continued on the couple’s custom mansion outside Houston.
Work on their Texas property was finally completed in November, although Biles and Owens didn’t officially move in until February, after packing up their Chicago residence following the end of the Bears’ season.
Since settling into the home, Biles has offered several glimpses inside the lavish property—including a peek at their luxurious bedroom, which was designed to evoke the feeling of a five-star hotel.
Posting a video of the room’s remote-controlled drapes opening one morning, the Olympian revealed that she had asked interior designer Diamond Hadley to create the kind of ambiance typically found at a high-end resort.
“When we designed this bedroom, I told them I wanted it to feel like a hotel and it feels exactly like that,” Biles captioned the clip, which showed the curtains opening to reveal the couple’s outdoor patio and pool.
Biles has also filled the home with more personal touches, particularly inside her private office, where she has begun displaying mementos from her decorated gymnastics career.

Among them is her January 2025 Sports Illustrated cover, which celebrated her being named the magazine’s 2024 Sportsperson of the Year.
Above it hangs another Sports Illustrated cover featuring Biles alongside fellow Olympians Michael Phelps and Katie Ledecky, who were hailed as “The Greatests: Stars of a Red Hot American Summer” following their performances at the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro.
A poster from the Gold Over America Tour, which Biles launched in September 2021 following the Tokyo Olympics, completes the trio of framed achievements.
However, the first few months in Biles’ long-awaited dream home have also included a frightening chapter.
In early June, the gymnast revealed that she had “almost died” after experiencing an unspecified medical emergency while she was alone at the Texas property. Owens was in Indianapolis at the time for practices with his new team.
Biles opened up about the health scare in a post on her Instagram Stories, sharing an image of her wrist covered with hospital bands.
“Almost dying wasn’t on my bingo card earlier this week,” she wrote. “This was one of, if not the scariest experience of my life. Especially since Jonathan was in Indy for practices.”
The three-time Olympian said she was “in bed resting” and would “explain sooner or later” what had led to her hospitalization, while thanking the people closest to her for their support.
“[Shout out] to my close circle who reached out, checked in, visited and/or sent flowers,” she wrote. “Love ya’ll.”
The listing comes mere days after Biles opened up about the couple’s latest move while speaking to People after Owens signed a one-year deal with the Indianapolis Colts in March. (Instagram/Simone Biles)Biles has previously shared glimpses inside their custom home. (Instagram/Simone Biles)
Biles later found herself defending her decision to take a vacation after the medical emergency when some social media users criticized images she shared from the getaway.
“A little over two weeks ago, I experienced a serious medical emergency that could have ended very differently, and this trip has been part of allowing myself to heal and appreciate being here,” she wrote in response.
“I hope you understand that life changing experiences can shift your perspective and that you’re able to extend a little more grace to others moving forward. Have a nice day!”
TV starsNick and Vanessa Lachey are bidding farewell to their longtime “dream home,” listing the sprawling Tarzana property for $8.1 million as they prepare to leave California altogether.
The couple’s decision to part ways with the home comes just one year after they bought it back from tennis superstar Naomi Osaka for $7.9 million—three years after selling the property to her.
Nick, 52, and Vanessa, 45, had previously described the residence, which is listed with Mauricio Umansky of The Agency, as their “dream home,” making their latest decision to sell all the more notable.
However, the couple are now preparing to embark on a new chapter outside the Golden State, with a source telling Realtor.com® that they are leaving California.
The five-bedroom, nine-bathroom estate spans an impressive 6,855 square feet and boasts sweeping panoramic views across the San Fernando Valley.

Designed with both everyday living and entertaining in mind, the property is packed with lavish amenities, including a basketball court, wine cellar, home theater, entertainer’s bar, and spacious chef’s kitchen.
The kitchen is equipped with state-of-the-art appliances and a large marble island.
Upon entering the property, guests are greeted with an expansive living area, complete with plenty of room to entertain and soaring ceilings.
The primary bathroom boasts a marble soaking tub, following the home’s elegant aesthetic.
Several of the bedrooms come with enough space for king-sized beds.
Despite selling their Tarzana abode to Osaka in February 2022, the couple later realized that the home is truly where their hearts are. Last year, to reclaim it, they agreed to shell out $3 million more than what they originally paid for the property in 2020.
The property was never officially put on the market—with each of the sales taking place privately—sources close to the situation told the Wall Street Journal. Meanwhile, Osaka made multiple upgrades to the home.
These renovations included the addition of a new structure on the grounds that contains a gym and a “recovery center” with a sauna, a cold plunge, a steam room, and a massage table.

As befitting a tennis star or a Netflix-famous duo, the property comes with an array of other impressive amenities, including a swimming pool, a pickleball court, and a hot tub. Interestingly, there is no tennis facility on the grounds.
There are five bedrooms in the main residence, providing more than enough space for Nick, Vanessa, and their three children: Camden, Phoenix, and Brooklyn.
The couple previously revealed that they were quitting California to move to Hawaii.
Then in 2024, they revealed that they were quitting their home in Hawaii to come back to California, a move that was prompted by the cancellation of Vanessa’s crime series, “NCIS: Hawaii.”
Nick and Vanessa originally moved to Honolulu in 2021, when the latter landed her role on the show, and a few months later they purchased a stunning home there for $8.8 million.
However, they announced their move back to the mainland in August 2024, one month after purchasing a six-bedroom abode in Encino, CA, for $6.8 million.
At the time, it was widely believed that the Encino dwelling would serve as the “Love Is Blind” hosts’ primary residence for the foreseeable future. However, they raised eyebrows by listing the dwelling less than one year later for $7.4 million, a sizable price increase.
Kylie, 29, who is currently in a very high-profile relationship with actor Timothee Chalamet, purchased the sprawling 13,200-square-foot Hidden Hills dwelling for $12.05 million in late 2016, when she was just 19. It served as the on-screen star’s primary residence for many years.
After listing the home for $20.25 million, Kylie sold it for $15.3 million, Realtor.com® can exclusively reveal.
However, Kylie—who is the youngest sister of Kim Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian, Kourtney Kardashian, and Kendall Jenner—was ready for a change, having also listed her enormous concrete abode in the Holmby Hills for the even higher price of $48 million in December.
Kylie carried out extensive renovations to her Hidden Hills starter home, which is now “designed for both everyday living and grand-scale entertaining,” according to the listing, which was held by fellow reality TV star Josh Altman, of Douglas Elliman.

“The light-filled residence was designed for seamless indoor-outdoor living, featuring a spectacular open floor plan,” the description read.
The dwelling offers ample room for a Kardahsian-Jenner-sized brood, boasting eight bedrooms and eight full bathrooms, including an attached guest suite with a private entrance, kitchenette, sitting area, and courtyard.
Perhaps unsurprisingly, the highlight of those living spaces is the primary suite, which is described as a “true retreat,” complete with its own private sitting area, two enormous walk-in closets, a stunning en suite bathroom—with a large stone soaking tub—and a balcony that overlooks the beautiful surrounding area.
As for entertaining spaces, the property is replete with living areas designed to host multiple guests, starting with the enormous chef’s kitchen that has two islands and “flows into a dramatic great room with walls of disappearing glass” that open it up to the picturesque grounds.
There is also a home theater, a wet bar, a game room, a gym, a massage room, and a beautifully decorated office with a fireplace.
The dwelling sits on a 1.4-acre parcel that is home to a glittering swimming pool and spa, an enormous patio, an outdoor kitchen, and a fire pit area.
Enormous windows fill every room with natural light throughout the day, while enormous trees lining the backyard help to ensure privacy.
The dwelling was one of three Hidden Hills homes purchased by Kylie over an 18-month period, becoming the last of the trio to be added to her portfolio of properties in the area.
She bought the first for $2.7 million at the age of 17, before picking up a nearby home for $6 million.
However, while the reality TV star offloaded the other two abodes within a year or so of buying them, she held on to the largest of the three, using it as a home base for herself and her children, Stormi and Aire.
While it’s unclear why Kylie—who shares her children with her former partner, rapper Travis Scott—chose to part ways with the property, her decision to list the home will no doubt spark speculation that she might be preparing to combine households with Chalamet, whom she has been dating since early 2023.
Kylie, 29, who is currently in a very high-profile relationship with Timothee Chalamet, purchased the sprawling 13,200-square-foot Hidden Hills dwelling for $12.05 million in late 2016, when she was just 19. It served as the on-screen star’s primary residence for many years. (Instagram/Kylie Jenner)However, Kylie—who is the youngest sister of Kim Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian, Kourtney Kardashian, and Kendall Jenner—was ready for a change, having also listed her enormous concrete abode in the Holmby Hills for the even higher price of $48 million in December. (Kevin Mazur/Getty Images for Yeezy Season 3)After listing the home for $20.25 million, Jenner sold the dwelling for $15.3 million, Realtor.com can reveal. (Instagram)
Indeed, the listing came as reports emerged about the couple’s dedication to their future together, with a source telling Us Weekly that they are “very serious and committed to each other.”
“They’re not rushing into marriage, but they’re totally aligned and have even talked about getting engaged this year,” one insider added, claiming that, while they’re not hurrying to expand their family, they have had conversations about children.
Listing images for the property revealed that many of the spaces appeared to have been staged, while the closets are all empty, suggesting that the Khy by Kylie Jenner founder has not lived in the home for some time now.
Kylie will not be quitting the Hidden Hills neighborhood—where the majority of her family members also reside—altogether, however. She purchased a huge plot of land in the area for $15 million in 2020, where she spent more than five years building her dream estate.
According to planning applications, Kylie had earmarked the parcel to serve as the location of an enormous 18,000-square-foot property that would offer her additional privacy and more room for her family to enjoy.
Among the features of her newly designed dwelling were a 12-car garage, a guesthouse, a sport court, and a security office, as well as an enormous swimming pool.
As of June 2025, images revealed that work on the project was nearly completed, suggesting that Kylie may have been preparing to move into her new abode full time.
In January, Kylie took her fans on a tour of the nearly completed property, showing off the different spaces and gushing about some of the design details that had been added, including the stone exteriors and the reclaimed wood floors.
One month before that Instagram tour was shared, Kylie put another of her homes on the market—her $48 million concrete megamansion in Holmby Hills, where she is understood to have been residing while work on her custom property is completed.

The concrete compound features an Instagram-ready layout with 15,320 square feet of living space, seven bedrooms, and 9.5 bathrooms.
“Welcome to the pinnacle of Holmby Hills. Situated on Mapleton Drive—arguably the most prestigious location in Los Angeles—this is not just a home; it is a modern fortress designed for the ultimate privacy seeker,” the listing reads.
Just before entering the home, guests are greeted by 12-foot-tall gates that emphasize the importance of safety and privacy.
The living area comes with a cozy fireplace and an expansive view of the backyard, which features a resort-style pool.
The chef’s kitchen is equipped with a marble island and seating area, plenty of cabinet space, and state-of-the-art appliances.
The spacious dining area is surrounded by all-white walls and topped by an elegant chandelier.
One of the many entertaining areas features a second bar and a pool table, making it the perfect place to welcome guests.
The property “designed for grand-scale entertaining and quiet retreat alike” includes a cozy home theater, a chic bar, a pool cabana, a large gym, a game room, an outdoor projection screen, and a sport court.
Malcolm-Jamal Warner‘s widow has accused the late actor’s mother of selling his $1.6 million Los Angeles home despite allegedly intending for the property to go to his wife and daughter.
More than a year after the “Cosby Show” star’s sudden death at age 54, his widow, Tenisha Warner, and his mother, Pamela Warner, remain embroiled in an increasingly contentious dispute over his estate.
Now, a piece of the actor’s real estate portfolio has emerged at the center of their battle.
According to new legal documents obtained by TMZ, Tenisha claims that her late husband had wanted his California residence to be left to her and their 9-year-old daughter, MacKenzie.
Instead, Tenisha alleges, Pamela sold the property and placed the proceeds into the Warner Family Trust.
Real estate records cited by the outlet indicate that Warner owned a home in Studio City at the time of his death and that the property changed hands for $1.6 million in May 2026.

For Tenisha, however, the dispute over the property is about more than its monetary value.
In her filing, she describes the residence as an important part of MacKenzie’s childhood and maintains that Warner did not deliberately intend to exclude his wife or daughter from his family trust.
The disagreement over the California property is just one element of a much larger legal fight that has unfolded since Warner’s death in July 2025.
Tenisha sued Pamela in Georgia in July, alleging that her late husband had failed to fulfill several financial obligations outlined in a premarital agreement the couple signed shortly before marrying in May 2022.
Among them was an agreement that Warner would obtain a $1 million life insurance policy naming Tenisha as its sole beneficiary, according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, which reviewed the complaint and premarital agreement.
Tenisha alleges that the policy was never secured.
Her lawsuit also claims Warner had agreed to pay her $5,000 a month for working as his chief of staff and assistant, as well as make additional annual payments. She is seeking more than $1.2 million that she says she is owed under their agreement.
Tenisha has said that she put her own career on hold while caring for MacKenzie and supporting her husband’s career and maintains that Warner intended to ensure she and their daughter were financially provided for.
Pamela, meanwhile, has pushed back against her daughter-in-law’s account of the estate dispute.

In court documents, Pamela claimed that she attempted to reach a private agreement with Tenisha that would have directed the majority of the remaining trust assets to MacKenzie.
Pamela said the proposed arrangement included a $2 million life insurance policy, a separate Georgia trust connected to a home purchased for Tenisha and MacKenzie, and a retirement account left to Tenisha that she valued at $2.4 million.
Tenisha disputes the characterization that she simply rejected efforts to settle the matter, arguing in her latest filing that she instead resisted what she described as unfair pressure during the negotiations.
The Georgia property has also become another point of contention.
Tenisha acknowledges that Pamela offered the home to her and MacKenzie but says the residence carries a mortgage of approximately $700,000.
She argues that the heavily mortgaged property does not replace what she believes Warner intended to provide for his daughter through his estate.

Warner died on July 20, 2025, after accidentally drowning while vacationing in Costa Rica.
The actor rose to fame playing Theo Huxtable on “The Cosby Show,” a role he portrayed for eight seasons.
More than a year after his death, however, the fate of the wealth and properties he left behind continues to fuel a deeply personal legal dispute between his widow and mother—with the $1.6 million sale of his Studio City home now becoming one of its latest flashpoints.
“Not worth it,” Corcoran said. “You should see my house. It’s much nicer.”
Corcoran elaborated on her advice, explaining, “You don’t enjoy the home when you’re too particular about the design. When you finally get it, it’s like a showcase, and you don’t really live there.”
The entrepreneur insisted she speaks from experience, adding it’s a lesson that she’s “learned over the years.”
In the months leading up to the project’s completion, she shared a few behind-the-scenes progress updates, providing a look at some of her favorite existing details—from the original century-old tile in the bathroom to the sky-high ceilings and wood-burning fireplace.
Fresh off of a home makeover, Corcoran recommended spending some time in a new home to “get the feeling of the space, then finally decorate and do it fast.”
While Corcoran’s approach to renovation may seem to prioritize speed over anything else, she’s previously opened up about the sentimental value a dream home can hold.
When she listed her “dream” penthouse in 2025—which was quickly snapped up for $1.5 million over asking, at a final sale price of $13.5 million—Corcoran told the New York Times, “It’s easy to spend money when you’re building a lifelong dream. For me, real estate is emotional.”
Barbara Corcoran claims her recently renovated Upper East Side home is “much nicer” than Kylie Jenner’s work-in-progress. (TikTok)Although the real estate tycoon has yet to reveal the transformation, she’s previously shared her favorite original details of the $16 million abode. Corcoran called the palatial Upper East Side penthouse home for a decade, investing an estimated $2 million in sprucing it up as an ideal place for her family to live before making the difficult decision to move when her husband, Bill Higgins, became unable to safely navigate the staircase.
Like Corcoran, Jenner has also taken to social media to share the progress of the “beautiful dream Italian home” she’s building on a $15 million 5-acre lot in Hidden Hills, CA.
“I’m so excited. I feel like I’ve been working on this for so long, and I’m just ready for it to be done and to move in,” Jenner admitted in a Sept. 6 vlog in which she took followers along for a day of design approvals.
Jenner gave a first-look at a few of the home’s latest features—some of which she was seeing for the first time herself.
The entrance of the property has been outfitted with an “unreal” reclaimed cobblestone driveway and lush landscaping completed by Jim Hyatt, who Jenner explained is known for his work on the San Ysidro Ranch, a boutique resort in Montecito, CA.

Her own slice of paradise has been designed to “kind of” copy the legendary location, emulating the same look with lavender and ancient olives.
Inside, reclaimed wood floors run throughout the abode, which will soon be paired with a neutral white plaster for the walls, a decision Jenner made in real time in her vlog.
Reclaimed materials seem to be a theme throughout the project, as Jenner has chosen “an old fireplace” for the entry and vintage tile for a guest bathroom.
“It’s the only bathroom right now that has a tile moment,” the mom-of-two explained. “I think it’s going to be very, very fab.”
Fabulousity aside, that room isn’t even Jenner’s favorite bathroom on the property. A stunning stone space takes that title.

The kitchen seems to be coming along, with the room taking shape through custom cabinetry that is soon to be stained.
A trip to the basement unveiled more of the property’s Italian-inspired design, as Jenner showed off the soaring arched hallways, doors, and windows.
The outdoor space is underway as well, with plans for a rose garden.
“I just want to be a princess,” she quipped.
A sport court is in progress, as well as an ambitious outdoor dining project nestled in a tree-lined space of the backyard that will eventually feature a pizza oven and host “dinner parties and birthdays.”
The backyard even includes a sweet nod to Jenner’s older sister Kendall, who realized she needed to get rid of several young olive trees while doing construction at one of her properties.
“She was like, ‘Does anyone want them?’ And I said, ‘Absolutely,’” Jenner recalled. “Not only are they so beautiful, it reminds me of my sister every time I look at them.”
Jenner is no stranger to home renovation, having made her mark on plenty of properties over the years.
The star boasts an impressive real estate portfolio and currently has two homes on the market: an $18 million Hidden Hills home that served as her primary residence for years and a $38.5 million brutalist concrete fortress in Holmby Hills.
She recently reflected on her habit of snatching up expensive real estate, telling Who What Wear that she’s “changed” her mind about “having an enormous life.”
“When I was younger, I got really excited and I got the craziest house I could in Beverly Hills, and I just kind of went for it,” said Jenner. “I realized that my life got too big, and I said, ‘Yeah, never mind.’”
Built in 1895, the historic residence spans an impressive 21,140 square feet and boasts several fireplaces, a media room, a five-car garage, and a resort-style pool and spa, according to property records.
The estate is located near Cleveland and is also close to a private airport, according to the outlet—offering the star athlete a convenient launching point for trips with his wife, 36.
Kelce purchased the dwelling from Figurati Construction Group, which is owned by Gary Pellegrino. The company acquired the property for $1.95 million in 2023.
Travis Kelce forked over $5.35 million for a sprawling lakefront Ohio estate just months before he and Taylor Swift said “I do” at New York City’s iconic Madison Square Garden. (Google Maps)
The home was subsequently listed for $6.99 million in 2024 before its asking price was reduced to $5.99 million in May 2025. Kelce ultimately secured the estate for $5.35 million—$1.64 million below its original asking price.
Located in Bratenahl, OH, the property sits just a few miles from Cleveland Heights, where Kelce grew up alongside his older brother, Jason Kelce.
The tiny village is nestled along the southern shore of Lake Erie and offers a mix of multimillion-dollar estates and more modest residences. Homes currently on the market in the area range from roughly $250,000 to $2.4 million, according to Realtor.com® data.
The transaction was represented by David Ayers and Nick Zawitz of The Agency Cleveland. “We’re thrilled for the new owners and so excited for Cleveland,” Ayers and Zawitz said in a statement.
News of their purchase comes just one day after it was confirmed that Kelce and Swift added a fluffy white dog to their family.
He introduced the couple’s adorable white pup to the world while starring in Tommy Hilfiger‘s fall 2026 ad campaign.
In a video accompanying the ad, Kelce could be seen rubbing shoulders with a host of famous faces, including Gigi Hadid, Frances Tiafoe, and Carmelo Anthony, while making his way through Manhattan’s famed Plaza Hotel.
Yet despite the star-studded cast—and Kelce’s stylish ensembles—it was his fluffy four-legged companion that ultimately stole the show.
At one point in the clip, the white pup gazes adoringly at the NFL star before hopping onto a couch to snuggle beside him while Kelce lovingly pets the pooch.
The sweet cameo appears to confirm months of speculation that Kelce and Swift had quietly expanded their family with a Samoyed in 2025.
According to Forbes, the couple’s dog is a female Samoyed, a breed the American Kennel Club describes as “smart, social, mischievous dogs who demand love and attention.”

Just hours later, Kelce opened up about his pup on his podcast, “New Heights.”
Jason, 38, first brought up the new addition, revealing that they named the dog, Wendy. He added, “I didn’t know that Wendy was out of the bag.”
“She is officially a picture dog. We gotta get the line in her size. Unfortunately, she’s just got her fur on. We gotta work with Tommy on getting her some good clothes,” Kelce said.
The NFL star added that he wanted to “talk it over with Tay” before including the pup in the photoshoot, but she was “all for it.”
Just days after Kelce and Swift wed, it was revealed that the pup had become such a key part of their lives that it even played a role in their wedding celebrations.
Eagle-eyed fans then connected the dots to a resurfaced video from several months ago, which showed a fluffy white dog hopping out of one of Swift’s cars.
Others have suggested that the dog was actually a gift to Kelce from his new bride—calling attention to a December 2025 episode of the NFL star’s podcast, “New Heights,” in which he said that the “best gift” he received for Christmas that year had come from the singer, while refusing to reveal what it was.
“The best gift that I got was from Taylor, but it gives away things that we’re trying to keep in house, so not going to say it, and l love you Tay,” he said.
The “Lover” singer is known to have a very soft spot for her own pets: three cats, named Meredith Grey, Olivia Benson, and Benjamin Button.
It’s not yet known how the felines have responded to the family’s newest member.
However, the dog playing such a key role in Swift and Kelce’s wedding ceremony indicates what a big part of their lives it has become—with a framed photo of the pup taking center stage in one of the few glimpses of the venue leaked since the wedding.
A spokesperson for the couple did later confirm reports that the ceremony was officiated by Adam Sandler, while also sharing details about the couple’s wedding day looks.

According to the official release, both the bride and groom sported Christian Dior Haute Couture, Christian Louboutin shoes, and Cartier jewelry—and neither had a bridal party. Instead, they relied on their siblings to be by their side during the ceremony.
“Taylor and Travis did not have bridesmaids or groomsmen. Austin Swift served as Taylor’s Man of Honor, Jason Kelce was Travis’ Best Man,” the statement read.
According to People, the singer walked down the aisle to an acoustic version of her hit “Love Story.”
“They were both beaming the entire night,” an unnamed guest told the outlet.
The insider further revealed that the lovers spent 20 minutes exchanging their handwritten vows, and that they handed out custom handkerchiefs, embroidered with a “TT” and lyrics from Swift’s 2014 song “Blank Space.”
During her vows, which attendee George Stephanopoulos branded “real, vulnerable, serious, and silly,” Swift praised Kelce’s kind heart, even sharing that she “wished she knew someone” like him in high school—a line that allegedly caused the athlete to tear up.
“She was absolutely glowing and floating around the room,” another guest said of Swift. “I didn’t see her stop smiling once.”
The star-studded guest list is said to have included Simone Biles, Matthew Stafford, Brad Pitt, Emma Stone, Mariska Hargitay, Tom Hanks, Tom Brady, Rob Gronkowski, and Patrick Mahomes.
Sabrina Carpenter, Miranda Lambert, and members of the singer’s band and dancers were also reportedly in attendance.
“Everywhere you looked, there were stars, one more famous than the next. But it wasn’t like a typical Hollywood party—everyone was so down to earth. Stars talked to family friends and were gawking just as much about the vibe and saying how happy they were to be there. There was an electric energy in the room,” a guest told the outlet.
The A-list couple joined a long line of celebrities who have wed in New York City, where Swift has owned property for more than a decade.
In 2014, she snapped up two penthouses in the chic Tribeca neighborhood for about $20 million and combined them into a nine-bedroom, nine-bath abode with beamed ceilings, a curved staircase, and enormous windows.

She purchased a third unit in the building a few years later for $9.75 million, increasing her Tribeca takeover by over 3,500 square feet.
Then, in 2017, the pop star splurged on an adjacent townhouse, paying $18 million for the three-story mansion measuring 5,000 square feet.
While her Tribeca pad was undergoing renovation, she resided in a West Village townhouse, which she reportedly paid $38,000 a month to live in from 2016 until 2017.
It’s currently unclear exactly where the newlyweds will base themselves full time. Kelce’s primary home is in Kansas, not far from the home stadium of his NFL team, the Chiefs.
Kelce purchased his 17,000-square-foot Leawood, KS, mansion in 2023, shortly after he went public with his romance with Swift. It was at the property where he popped the question to her in August 2025.
The football pro has committed to spending at least one more year in Kansas, announcing in March of this year that he will return to the team for the 2026 season, ending months of rumors that he was set to retire.
According to ESPN, the athlete will return to the Chiefs on a one-year contract—suggesting that he is eager for one more shot at Super Bowl glory after the team’s incredibly disappointing 2025 season, which saw the Chiefs miss out on a playoff spot for the first time in years.
The outlet stated that Kelce made his decision to return to the Chiefs before the NFL’s free agency window, which started on March 9. He is said to have informed the team of his decision as free agency kicked off.
His contract is said to be worth $12 million but carries a maximum value of $15 million, according to ESPN expert Adam Schefter.
